Taiwan Golden Bee Looking For Tier 1 Partners to distribute UTV all around the world
May 17, 2019 — Taiwan Golden Bee (TGB) is a global leader in the ATV market, and now the firm is focused on expanding its presence as the Total Solution Provider for the Powersports and OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) industries.. Last fall TGB unveiled tts 1000 Series UTV prototype and new business strategy at the Green Industry & Equipment Expo (GIE+EXPO). This Spring TGB is following up with strategic North American manufacturers looking to become Tier 1 UTV OEMs.
“There is a promising UTV market in North America, but it is limited to a few big players,” notes says TGB President George Lin. “Polaris, Honda, Kawasaki, BRP and John Deere,” “We would like to change that perception. As the Total Solution Provider for the UTV industry, we have a turnkey 1000cc platform with class-leading horsepower and torque to offer our partners.”
TGB produces everything from A-arms and brakes to CVTs, differentials and driveshafts. “We have the capability to design and develop EPS steering system and even EFI systems, all done in-house,” he adds. “We are market oriented, with comprehensive design capabilities. Our advanced technology results in superior performance — our 997cc engine has the highest horsepower and greatest torque of any comparable UTV on the market.” The result is a product that offers the greatest customer satisfaction. In short TGB would launch its own UTV to show its capabilities to be one of the top Powersport player.
TGB started manufacturing components for the iconic Vespa scooters back in the 1960s. Since that time, the company has become a global leader in ATVs and scooters, selling hundreds of thousands of units worldwide. In fact, TGB ATV sales have even exceeded Polaris in some of the major sectors of European market, including Germany and France.
“TGB’s vision is based on creating high value-added products. We are market oriented, with comprehensive design capabilities,” explains Lin. “TGB’s vision includes providing better service to our partners and customers, and forming strategic alliances with other like-minded companies.”
The company’s “Play Different” philosophy should resonate with customers and business partners alike. “This year we want to work hand-in-hand with our partners to apply for the 5P & 2S plus the quality philosophy to shine our partner’s brand,” explains TGB President George Lin. TGB’s “5P & 2S” philosophy stands for Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Payment, Service, and Spare Parts. “By building on these seven anchors with the quality, TGB can deliver customer satisfaction,” explains Lin. To that end, the 997cc fuel injected powerplant has already undergone EPA and CARB testing and certification.
